What is the average shipping time for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. For custom-made chandeliers or oversized fixtures, please allow up to 10-14 business days for delivery.
Are light bulbs included with the fixtures?
Most of our fixtures do not include bulbs to allow you to choose your preferred color temperature and brightness. However, we clearly state in the product description if bulbs are included for a specific model.
What is your return policy for lighting products?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all non-installed items in their original packaging. Please note that once a fixture has been installed or the wires have been cut, it is no longer eligible for a return.
Do you offer professional installation services?
While Sparkle Lighting does not provide direct installation, all our products come with comprehensive mounting hardware and instructions. We strongly recommend hiring a licensed electrician for all hardwired installations.
Are your lighting fixtures compatible with dimmer switches?
The majority of our pendants, chandeliers, and wall sconces are dimmable, provided you use dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch. Please check the 'Specifications' tab on the product page for confirmation.
What should I do if my glass fixture arrives broken?
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the item and contact our support team within 48 hours. We will ship a replacement part or fixture to you immediately at no extra cost.
