At Sparkle Lighting, we want you to be completely illuminated by your purchase. If your new lighting doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack with Care
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all bulbs, hardware, and instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it securely to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned lighting, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
